I have got lots of catching up to do on the blog.
I will start with VBS.
I volunteered at my church’s VBS a few weeks ago.
Our theme was “Maker Fun Factory”.
I helped decorate the stage and some of the fun stations around the church.
Friday night they did a family dinner where they gave you a grab bag of stuff to build a “creature”.
The kids had fun….
I don’t know if Joel had as much fun….
In the end, we made something that resembled Perry the platypus.
On Saturday, the real VBS started and the kids were pumped.
(Torrin is sitting on the first row, 4th from left)
I was an activity leader and my craft was picture frames.
Torrin did pretty good until it was lunch time.
And then he showed his butt.
On Sunday after church, we did a lunch and the kids were able to play.
We finished off the day going out to eat.
Until next year VBS…
